Every job starts the same way: a real inspection, on the roof, with photos. From there you get a written report and a fixed quote — and an honest recommendation, which is sometimes “restore it”, sometimes “replace it”, and quite often “it's fine, check it again in a couple of years.” We quote what the roof needs, not what the visit needs to be worth. During the work, your home stays weatherproof every night, the site gets cleaned daily (magnetic sweep for fasteners included), and you hear from us each morning about what's planned. It's not complicated — it's just how we'd want our own homes treated.
