   Assessment & Spec

   Substrate, rust, ponding zones and access assessed; system and colours specified in writing.

2. 2

   Preparation

   Pressure cleaning, rust treatment and repairs — the warranty depends on this stage being right.

3. 3

   Primer / Sealer

   Roof Protect High Build locks down the substrate and bonds the system.

4. 4

   Membrane Coats

   Two full coats of colour-matched Roof Protect membrane, film thickness checked as we go.

5. 5

   Glaze, QA & Registration

   Nano Protect glaze seals the system; final inspection, photos, and your warranty registered.
