Roofing in Gosford: older roofs, steep blocks, real know-how
Gosford has some of the oldest housing stock on the Central Coast β Federation cottages near the waterfront, post-war homes on the hill streets, and waves of brick-and-tile from the 60s through 80s. Most of those tile roofs are now 40+ years old: pointing has cracked, tiles have gone porous, and valleys have rusted. The good news is that the majority are excellent restoration candidates. Steep blocks and tight access are normal here β they're part of how we quote, not a surprise on the day.
