Roofing in Wyong: from post-war cottages to growth-corridor estates
Wyong wears two faces: the established town around the river with post-war weatherboard and 60sβ70s brick homes, and the growth corridor where newer estates run out toward Wadalba and Warnervale. The older stock needs classic restoration work β repointing, valley replacement, tile repairs β while the newer homes mostly call us for storm damage, gutter upgrades and first restorations as those mid-90s roofs hit their twenties. Being inland, Wyong roofs dodge the worst salt β but cop the westerly storms.
